Interested Companies can apply directly through the Portal. We at HARTRON adhere to a transparent and fair bidding process, ensuring equal opportunities for all eligible companies. All the bids are evaluated as per the procedure defined in the openings, based on the pre-defined criteria’s and accordingly, the eligible companies are empaneled under specific Categories.
Government of India, in recognition of the long-felt need for efficiency in Government processes and service delivery mechanisms, had included eOffice as a core mission mode project (MMP) under the National eGovernance Plan (NeGP). This eOffice-MMP aims at significantly improving the operational efficiency of the Government through improvement in the workflow mechanisms and associated office procedure manuals. The eOffice or less-paper office initiative primarily involves workflow automation and knowledge management including document records management, setting and controlling workflow in the organization, work allocation and tracking, maintaining audit trails, performance benchmarking and generating operational MIS.
The State Government through CM Digital Cell (CMGGA) and DITECH decided to implement eOffice through Hartron in all the State Govt. Institutions to improve efficiency, consistency and effectiveness of government responses and to reduce turnaround time and to meet the demands of the citizens charter and also provide for effective resource management to improve the quality of administration.
